Developed by a project group of Mert Açıkkol, Erşan Öncel, Aylin Özbakır and Arda Polat within the framework of Siemens' one-year management training, Siemens' SME Support Program 'My SME' presents various advantages. All of the export-oriented SMEs, which want to eliminate the current problems and set their primary needs so as to form a certain infrastructure on the way to a corporate identity, will get benefit from this project. By unveiling their ineffective and effective parts, the project aims to help the SMEs, upon determining their needs, to plan their investments based on the "efficiency increase".

My SME, Siemens' SME Support Program, wants the SMEs to spread around the globe and it expects our national competition power to improve in international markets, as well. Thereby, the SMEs are supported to have more shares from Turkey's increasing export volume.

"My SME" project supports the SMEs, which experience a transformation period based on "Business-Product-Quality-Technology" development, foreign market search and 'brand' process, to prepare their action and investment plans, in accordance with their real needs on the way to expansion. By setting awareness about efficiency increase, Siemens aims to present current technological solutions in its field of expertise and boost the companies' development processes with its huge knowledge on operation and management-related subjects.
