After having examined the tenders held for the traffic signalization in Ankara, Mudanya, Yalova, Bursa and Balıkesir, between Siemens A.Ş. and General Directorate of Highways, Nazmi Okumuş, Istanbul Public Prosecutor, concluded that the Government has been incurred losses in these tenders. Upon this conclusion, Prosecutor Okumuş has reported offence about Siemens A.Ş. and General Directorate of Highways for "mingling fraudulence to state tender's" to Ankara Public Prosecutor's Office, due to the fact that General Management of General Directorate of Highways is located in Ankara.
