"Strategies Nr.3: Moment&Focus", the third exhibition of Strategies series, aims to make researches on the developments and new visions in the world of arts and concentrates on photography's power to create unseen images next our known ones. In the exhibition, the focus lays on the moment of artistic process where reality and imagination melt into a new construction called "art". Through observing and reconstructing the known, the artist reveals the contemporary world's "fragmented essence".

The exhibition "Strategies Nr.3: Moment&Focus" combines the classical and contemporary forms of photography and it also presents the mixture of Low and High Technology for the visitors. In the exhibition the artists next to Pinhole, "Lomo", 35 mm and digital cameras, work with video, film, scanner and computer to create art works that go beyond the ordinary.

At "Strategies Nr.3: Moment&Focus" under the curation of Marcus Graf, eleven artists analyze photography's status quo by showing its power to combine the reproduction of known images with the creation of unknown ones. Five of the artists will attend the exhibition with their individual works, six of them will attend as two groups consisting of three artists each.

"Strategies Nr.3: Moment&Focus" with the works of Özlem Sulak, Emin Ansen Atilla, Alex Buberoğlu, Mehdi Sabouni, Fatih Taşdemir, Serdar Acar, Hasan Al-Hakim, Torsten Scheid, Yonca Aksoy, Gülengül Altıntaş and Cem Yücel can be visited between the dates October 07- November 23, 2004 at Siemens Art in Findikli.
