Organizing educational programs on IP Technologies and Mobile Communication networks is aimed within the framework of this contract.

In 2004 telecommunication sector is going to be very active following the free voice communication act and privatization of "Türk Telekom. With the present players moving in a larger field and new players coming in the need for educational staff is expected to increase. Therefore an educational plan containing the existing and future technologies was formed through a project. This education package, is presented to sector professionals and all other participators that plan to work in the sector and develop themselves.

IP Technologies educational package has; three packages basic level, advanced level and complimentary package.. Basic package features popular topics and labaratory works. Advanced level package features TCP/IP topics, service quality concept that is going to gain importance with voice communication. Complementary package teaches subjects of Frame Relay and ATM technologies

Mobil communication networks educational package is made up of two sub packages. Present technologies package informs the participant on GSM and GPRS technologies, UMTS Technologies package inform on new generation UMTS technologies and fundamentals of TCP/IP, ATM applications with these technologies.

The cooperation between the parties is targeted to increase through new packages. Efforts for similar projects with different partners in other cities continue. The participators will be presented the Siemens participation certificate that is accepted throughout the world.

Siemens Information and Communication Services Education Service:

Certified by Siemens Germany Education Center, it gives clients technology education that is free from technology products and education on products produced by Siemens. In addition to this it is the certified education center of internet security firm "Check Point"

Hacettepe University Research and Education Services Foundation Established in 1998, it has been developing educational programs pertaining to finance sector since 1999.In addition to this it started IT related certification education since 2002. It has realized various education pertaining to institutions and organizations The aim of the foundation is to enable those who are interested in the communication sector to have certificates in reasonable conditions and fill Turkey's need for educated, certified workers.
