The event was held on October 30 under the main sponsorship of Siemens. The topics discussed at the summit meeting included the problems experienced in the use of energy as well as developments and innovations taking place in the sector. Siemens introduced to the summit the new solutions the company had developed for energy production, transmission and distribution.

Siemens AŞ made a presentation that followed the opening remarks at the meeting organized at the Van Chamber of Industry and Commerce, which was attended by the Energy and Natural Resources Minister Taner Yıldız, Van Governor Münir Karaoğlu, the Undersecretariat of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce Ali Boğa, President of the Energy Market Regulatory Board Hasan Köktaş, Van MPs Kayhan Türkmenoğlu and Kerem Altun, as well as representatives of leading organizations and enterprises in the energy sector.

Attracting a great deal of interest, Siemens' presentation provided useful information on the Electricity Transmission and Distribution Services the company offers to business enterprises. The presentation explained the details of business services, including administrative and commercial benefits, comprehensively informing OSB executives about how they can achieve the sustainable management of their networks in the future. At the stand it set up during the summit, Siemens introduced the new solutions the company had developed for energy production, transmission and distribution.

Siemens prioritizes the meetings held with the executives of the OSB and takes that opportunity to listen to their problems and initiate work on finding solutions. Siemens will continue to support this sector with the solutions it will design for the OSB.
