| Purpose of the program: | According to the Energy Efficiency Regulation, the industrial enterprises having annual energy consumption of 1000TEP or above are obliged to employ a certain amount of energy managers in their factories. Siemens Academy, in order to fill this gap and train energy efficiency experts, had started "Industrial Energy Management Certification Program" in cooperation with Istanbul Technical University, Energy Management and Planning Institution. The participants are certificated as Industrial Energy Managers after the exam in EIE (General Directorate of Electrical Power Resources Survey and Development Administration). The certificate owners shall be able to work as "Energy Managers" in industrial facilities. |

| Who Can Participate: | Real participants from the actual or legal organizations, who have bachelor's degree in mechanics, electrical or electrical-electronics, engineering at organized industrial zones and industrial organizations are accepted due to the regulations related to Increase of Energy Resources and Effectiveness of Energy Consumption dated October 25, 2008. |
