Siemens Academy Carried Out the First Nursing Improvement School in May
Siemens Academy completed the first Nursing Improvement School in cooperation with Anadolu Health Center to increase the care quality and management skills of the nurses. The school was opened only in the weekends and take place in Anadolu Health Center. There were 30 nurses in the program coming from private institutions. Professionalism in Nursing, Budgeting, Quality Management, Internal Audit systems are some of the subjects in this 4-day training.
