The First Energy Management Training Take Start on March 8
According to the Energy Efficiency Regulation, the industrial enterprises having an annual energy consumption of 1000TEP or above, are obliged to employ a certain amount of energy managers in their factories. Siemens Academy, in order to fill this gap and train energy efficiency experts, had started " Energy Management Certification Program" in cooperation with Istanbul Technical University, Energy Management and Planning Institution.

According to the Energy Efficiency Regulation, the industrial enterprises having an annual energy consumption of 1000TEP or above, are obliged to employ a certain amount of energy managers in their factories. Siemens Academy, in order to fill this gap and train energy efficiency experts, had started " Energy Management Certification Program" in cooperation with Istanbul Technical University, Energy Management and Planning Institution. The participants are certificated as Energy Managers after the exam in EIE( General Directorate of Electrical Power Resources Survey and Development Administration). The certificate owners shall be able to work as "Energy Managers" in industrial facilities.
The first program will start on March 8th at the Siemens facility in Kartal. The participation fee is 2000TL + VAT.
