Hospital Management Certification Program
Hospital Management Certification Program started by Siemens Academy and Anadolu Health Center with the aim of transmitting their sector experience to private, public and university hospitals. The program provides best practice sharing, latest regulations and the management trends in the sector to the healthcare professionals interested in management or to those who plan a career in healthcare.
Hospital Management Certification Program which has a pioneer role in health programs within Siemens Academy consists of 4 days of basic management lessons and 4 different types of modules; such as Marketing, Nursing, Medical Services and Finance. Each module takes 2 days. The program duration is 12 days (6 weekends)
The lectures are given by the experts, department directors and the medical team in Anadolu Health Center which gives an opportunity to the participants to negotiate the real cases to be encountered with the right people on one-to-one basis in a hospital environment.
Certification is made by examination and the required grade is minimum 70pts. The exam type is multiple choice exam with 60 questions and the exam duration is 1 hour.
