We stand by our youth for the future
Supporting science and education through cooperation with schools, university and research institutes, has become a tradition for Siemens. As one of the leading electronics and electrics engineering companies of the world, our goal is building a bridge between theory and practice and supporting the exchange of ideas. 'Professionals of the Future' project that we have developed to this end, provides students with scholarship, internship and part-time or full-time employment opportunities. Students, thanks to these experiences can manage their academic educations better and make better choices after graduation. Furthermore, since 1999 the 'Werner von Siemens Perfection Awards' which every year recognize best doctorate thesis or valuable projects of the students or lecturers, have been and will always be very important for both Siemens and the students.

For future, we start today!
As a company that considers contributing to society's development as a task, we started cooperating with Private Sector Volunteers Foundation (ÖSGD) and launched an important initiative. By cooperating with civil society, we have embarked our first project with ÖSGD, which carries out volunteer works in health, education and environment areas and named our project 'the Book Reading'. Our volunteers will also find other projects they can contribute to, outside the office hours.
Our purpose is being useful for the society by directing our human resources to volunteer projects, instead of just being a bystander. It is possible to make a difference in the society for the future, starting today. The only thing we need for that is volunteers.
As the value adding individuals of Siemens, we hereby invite our valuable human resources 'to volunteer'.
